Lent | The season of Lent is a spiritual time and journey to prepare us as we enter the remembrance and celebration of Good Friday and Easter. It is a time when many Christians prepare for Easter by observing a period of giving up and taking up: giving up what distracts us to create space to hear and respond to God; taking up habits and disciplines that revive, renew, and reawaken our attention to God’s presence and working.
Consider something to give up and/or take up during this season.

We will be offering communion every week during lent as well as space after our service for personal time with God and prayer.
March 23-27 Solidarity Fast |
As a church, we will be participating in a solidarity fast for five days, to eat as half the world’s population eats—on less than two dollars a day. We do this to grow in capacity for compassion, mercy, and justice. Consider participating in this spiritual exercise to grow your heart for those who hunger.
March 25 Solidarity Prayer gathering |
We will gather in the midst of our fast to be in community and prayer. Come and gather to sing, pray, lament, and find support in our fast together. 7pm at Josh & Tina’s: 10163 E. 29th Ave. Denver CO 80238
